These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoDoorExperts platform, including our website, mobile experience, and booking services for garage-door repair and installation across Riyadh and Dammam. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutoDoorExperts website and booking platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a company or property owner, you represent that you have the authority to do so. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
Services Description
AutoDoorExperts operates a marketplace connecting customers in Riyadh and Dammam with certified garage-door technicians. Services include automatic garage-door repair, spring and motor replacement, sensor calibration, roller-door repair, installation of new doors, and smart-door upgrades. We do not directly employ technicians; instead, we vet, onboard, and coordinate independent professionals who accept bookings through our platform.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via SMS or email. You may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 SAR. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. AutoDoorExperts reserves the right to reschedule visits due to technician unavailability, with advance notice to the customer.
Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed on the platform are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT at 15% as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Payment is collected at the time of booking via secure online payment or, where offered, on-site cash payment. Quoted prices are estimates; final charges may vary based on parts required and on-site assessment. You will be informed of any additional costs before work begins.
Technician Marketplace & Liability
Technicians listed on AutoDoorExperts are independent contractors who have passed identity verification and skills assessment. AutoDoorExperts is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or service defects caused by a technician's actions beyond the workmanship warranty described below. Each technician carries personal liability insurance; details are available on request. Customer disputes with technicians are facilitated by our support team.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, a correct service address, and safe access to the work area. You must ensure the presence of an authorized adult (18+) at the premises during the visit. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent bookings, or harassment of technicians may result in account suspension. You must not attempt to engage technicians for off-platform work that circumvents our marketplace fees.
Comprehensive Workmanship & OEM Warranty
All repair and installation work carried out through AutoDoorExperts is backed by a 1-year comprehensive workmanship warranty alongside 2 to 5 years manufacturer OEM warranty on certified motors (Somfy, LiftMaster, BFT, Nice). If a verified defect recurs within the warranty window, we dispatch a technician at zero additional labour fee. The warranty excludes external vehicular collision, severe electrical power surges without surge protection, and unauthorized third-party tampering.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is mutually agreed upon in writing. AutoDoorExperts complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and applicable consumer protection regulations.
